The Vice President for Operations directs, administers and coordinates corporate activities in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the President and Board of Directors, working with the Administrative Team to develop and implement long- and short-range strategic plans.
General Operations integrates management of all three MCHC health centers. As manager of the Human Resources Department, Ms. Press is responsible for recruiting staff and overseeing clinical credentialing procedures. She provides pivotal leadership for the development of compensation policy and employee relations policies and procedures. This department also administers insurance and employee benefits, manages worker's compensation and unemployment claims and updates and protects personnel files. Operations is also responsible for developing and implementing management training programs and supporting MCHC's compliance with current employment law and reports to the federal and state governments regarding staffing.
