Healthy communities are comprised of healthy people. This is the most basic understanding shared by everyone who works at MCHC. It has become our life's work to support the health of every individual in our community—regardless of their ability to pay.

The quality of a community is based on the caring of those who live in it and who are willing to give of themselves in a larger way. With over 250 employees, MCHC includes people who travel internationally for service work; they are artists and musicians, they coach soccer teams, they contribute their time and energies at their
children's schools, they make a difference in the communities where they live and work.
