| Job Summary: | Mendocino Community Health Clinic is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support our pediatric practice at our Lakeside Health Center, in Lakeport, CA. The position’s primary duties include: Rooming patients and taking vital signs; Assisting providers with examinations, oral medication administration, injections, collecting lab specimens, and calling in medication refills; Ensuring proper medical documentation; Inventory & stocking of medical supplies; And, other duties within the scope of practice.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals in a professional manner, and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, while protecting the patient’s modesty and right to privacy at all times.

| Qualifications: | Valid State of California Certificate of Registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse; Minimum one to two year's of experience as LVN. Current CPR Certification; - Compurter proficiency;
- EMR experience preferred.
