| Job Summary: | Mendocino Community Health Clinic's Hillside Health Center (Ukiah, CA) is currently seeking Patient Record Abstractors who, under direct supervision, will obtain specific information from the patient record and enter it into the proper fields of the Electronic Medical Record.

| Qualifications: | Essential skills and attributes for the successful applicant include: Strong working knowledge of medication & medical terminology, and immunization documentation; In-depth understanding of patient records and their organization; Proficient computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills; Clear understanding of patient confidentiality and the vital necessity to maintain the integrity of the medical record; Quality work ethic; Medical Assistant preferred.
