Pediatrician Marlene Quilala, MD joins staff at Lakeside Health Center
LAKEPORT– Lakeside Health Center (LHC) welcomes Dr. Marlene Quilala to its medical staff. Dr. Quilala has been providing quality care to children and their families for almost 10 years. The parents of her patients know her for her compassionate manner and enthusiasm for her work. Dr. Quilala will continue to provide inpatient services for hospitalized young patients at Sutter-Lakeside Hospital.
Board certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Quilala received her Medical Degree from De La Salle University College of Medicine, Cavite, Philippines. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Medical Center of Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York.
About her new association, Dr. Quilala said, “It is a privilege for me to partner with the medical group at Lakeside Health Center. The support and resources they are extending to develop a child-friendly practice is enabling me to maintain quality pediatric care in our community. I hope all my patients understand that I have not left the area and that I welcome them to continue their children’s care at my new location.”
