Quality: An Ongoing Process
WE DO THE RIGHT THINGS RIGHT
Achieving quality in healthcare requires having the right people, the right tools and an unfailing commitment to excellence. In 2017, all of our health centers received the National Committee on Quality Assurance’s highest recognition as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes. What does this mean? It means we focus on what matters.
Doing the right things right yields results:
- Our HIV outcomes are extraordinary.
- We have made significant strides in lowering opioid use among chronic pain patients.
- We are achieving new highs in identifying and responding to depression and tobacco cessation.
Achieving quality outcomes is great for patients and great for business. As health outcomes improve, people feel better and healthcare costs go down for everyone.
