Family Medicine Physician

Job Summary

MCHC Health Centers is currently seeking a primary care physician to provide comprehensive care for the under-served population at Hillside Health Center in Ukiah, CA.  Treatment of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics, many with chronic conditions will be an important part of practicing within our Federally Qualified Health Clinic.

Supervision of mid-level providers, utilization of NextGen (EHR), collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and participation in the clinic's quality assurance program are vital components of this position.  

This position is a full-time, employed position (4-5 days a week).  Outpatient only. No hospital call.  Clinic phone call (approx. 1:5).  Patient visit goal: 21 patients a day.

    Excellent compensation package, including base salary and incentive plan. Salary guarantee for first six months. Moving expenses reimbursed. Retention Bonus up to 20k. Student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps for qualifying providers.


    • Medical Board of California or Osteopathic Medical Board of California Licensure
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
    • DEA Registration
    • EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
    • Current CPR certification
    • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred)
